Job Description - Regulatory Affairs Management Intern

Job Purpose:

To support Regulatory team with submissions and archiving

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support submissions for medical devices / cosmetics

  • Support submissions for variations

  • Follow-up GDS tracker

  • Support for Artwork Management Process, brief editing

  • Support PIL/SmPc updates in-line with GDS

  • Support the regulation changes and necessary actions

  • Timely Archiving (electronic) + responsible for keeping tracking tool up to date.

  • Support for Regulatory process of relevant categories

Why you?

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • Bachelor Student with area of specialization in Faculty Pharmacy or related Health Sciences (with the earliest graduation date 2027 June)

  • Able to work full time for the summer term and min 3 days in a week for the academic term

  • Excellent written and spoken English

  • High proficiency in MS Office programs (especially, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • High degree of analytical thinking skills and ability to analyze

  • Strong communication skills to ensure an objective representation of ideas and opinions

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently in a cross functional team environment

  • Highly agile learner with a solution-based mindset

  • Active learning, teamwork, time management skills are expected with detail orientation
