The Role:

The Accommodation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and quality standards of staff accommodation facilities. The role ensures a safe, clean, and well-maintained living environment for occupants while applying technical knowledge to manage building systems, coordinate repairs, and support efficient facility operations.

This position combines operational supervision with technical expertise, ensuring that accommodation infrastructure (including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building systems) is functioning optimally. The supervisor also leads housekeeping teams, enforces company policies, manages occupancy, and liaises with maintenance and external contractors to promptly resolve technical issues. 

To be successful in this role, you must have the following:

• High School Certificate (HSC) is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.


• 5 Years experience as Accommodation Supervisor.


• Fluency in Spoken & Written English.


• Competencies such as; Interpersonal Relationship; Respect the culture of employee; Handles work pressure; Loyalty; Problem solver; and Leadership quality.
