Excellent sales skills are essential, and the ideal candidate will also possess a solid technical background, enabling them to guide prospects independently through the entire sales cycle without requiring additional technical support.
The Cybersecurity Presales Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving and managing the pre-sales process across both direct and channel customers. This role requires the ability to clearly communicate the company’s technology and product positioning to both business and technical audiences.
The AE must identify and address all relevant technical and business challenges within assigned accounts (for new business) to ensure full customer satisfaction at every stage of the sales process, while building and maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
