Role Summary

Job Purpose

• Graphic design, Motion Graphics, Web Design & Development, 3D Modelling and Animation
  


• Proficient with the latest tools and technologies such as sensors, and software for 3D modeling, AR, and VR (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine, Blender).
  


• Extensive experience in creative practice and visual communication.
  


• Skilled in implementing diverse immersive storytelling modes and practices across various contexts.
  


• Skilled in mentoring students in the generation and development of creative ideas.
  


• Expertise in game design (preferred).
  


• Proficiency in technical areas such as layout design and image manipulation.
  

Requirements

Main responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching to students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
  


• Identify best and innovative practices in learning and teaching and build them into personal teaching practice.
  


• Ensure that personal research, knowledge and/or experience of the field inform personal teaching practice.
  


• Contribute actively to initiatives that identify new and best practices in teaching and learning and promote them across the faculty and institution.
  


• Enhance student experience and outcomes.
  


• Provide academic advice and counselling.
  


• Liaise closely with teaching, technical, and administrative staff as appropriate to ensure a quality teaching and learning environment.
  

• Ability to teach more than one of the above subject
  


• Publication record supporting competence in any of the abovementioned fields.
