Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk professional to support the Head of Risk in implementing and managing the bank's risk framework. The role focuses on ICAAP, stress testing, IFRS 9, RAROC modelling, and regulatory compliance in line with Central Bank of the UAE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ICAAP models and capital assessments
• Conduct stress testing and support recovery planning
• Assist in IFRS 9 Expected Credit Loss (ECL) modelling
• Maintain enterprise risk framework and risk register
• Prepare risk reports for management and Board committees
• Monitor risk appetite and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs)
• Support RAROC analysis for business and pricing decisions
• Assist in regulatory reporting, audits, and new product risk assessments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field
• 5–10 years of risk management experience in banking
• Strong knowledge of ICAAP, stress testing, IFRS 9, and RAROC
• Professional certifications (FRM, CFA, PRM) preferred
• Familiarity with UAE banking regulations
