Assistant Parts Advisor

We’re Hiring: Assistant Parts Advisor 
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

 

Ali & Sons is looking for a customer-focused and organized Assistant Parts Advisor to support the Parts Team in delivering efficient counter sales and maintaining accurate parts inventory records. The role will assist customers and technicians with parts availability, pricing, quotations, sales transactions, and related parts processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with parts enquiries, including part numbers, prices, and availability.


• Advise customers on the use and care of parts and related products or services.


• Prepare parts estimates, quotations, delivery orders, and sales invoices.


• Support the Parts Team in processing counter sales and credit sales in line with approved procedures.


• Maintain knowledge of parts return, warranty, and delivery policies and communicate these to customers and technicians.


• Assist with accessories displays and ensure the parts counter and working area are clean and organized.


• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records and support computerized stock control and re-ordering.


• Prepare and follow up on loss sales reports to support inventory planning.


• Provide timely support to customers and technicians regarding parts availability and delivery.


• Follow company SOPs and Parts Dealer Network procedures.


• Perform other duties as assigned by the Parts Sales Supervisor / Procurement & Stores Manager.
  
   

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or certification in Material Management is preferred.


• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.


• Experience in automotive parts sales or a dealership environment is preferred.


• Computer literate with strong skills in computerized inventory or warehouse management systems.
