Assistant Professor in Sport Nutrition

The University of Kalba’s College of Sport Science invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Sport Nutrition. The successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of high-quality teaching, practical instruction, and academic support across the undergraduate program within the College. The ideal candidate will possess strong pedagogical skills, a commitment to student-centred learning, and a passion for promoting health and sport performance through proper nutrition.

• Teach undergraduate courses in areas of sport nutrition.


• Conduct practical sessions and field-based activities that enhance students’ applied learning.


• Engage in research and scholarly activities.

• Minimum Qualification: 
• PhD in Sport Nutrition/Sport Science.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the university level.
• Evidence of professional engagement in sport, sport science and sport nutrition practice.
• Professional license in sport nutrition.
• Strong research record.
• Experience integrating technology and digital tools into teaching.
• Familiarity with international standards in sport nutrition education.
• Certification in sport nutrition.
