Assistant-Social Responsibility

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant – Corporate Social Responsibility to join our Marketing Team in Dubai. 

Scope:

Responsible for facilitating a regular calendar of engaging activities focused on health, personal improvement, and entertainment.

Responsibilities:

Financial 

• Monitor the condition of recreational equipment, reporting damage during monthly audits. 


• Report mistreatment or damage to CSR assets such as the gyms and pool tables.


• Maintain an accurate inventory of our storerooms while ensuring these storage spaces are tidy and in good condition.

Customer 

• Create and take responsibility for a regular calendar of activities in Transguard’s accommodations.


• Provide strategic support during key welfare activities, especially the Olympics and Carnival.


• Promote all CSR initiatives with our employees to maximize attendance at our events.

Process

• Assist with planning, facilitating, analyzing and improving all activities and events in Transguard’ s accommodations.


• Assist Transguard in meeting its social and legal obligations in terms of welfare in our accommodations.

Innovation

• Focus on providing and continuously improving recreational welfare at Transguard Group accommodations.


• Where appropriate, collaborate with external clients and sponsors to facilitate external and partnered activities.

Selection Criteria 

• High School Degree 


• Minimum EPT 3 


• UAE driving license 


• Time management


• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills 


• Good judgment and discretion
