Purpose of Role/Summary:
The Sales Manager/ Senior BDM/ BD Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a sales team within our company. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by developing sales strategies, enhancing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial markets, exceptional leadership skills, and a results-driven approach to sales.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Serve as a BD Team Leader, leveraging your expertise to cultivate and bring in your own sales portfolios
Lead and mentor a team of BDM’s, providing them with the necessary support and resources to excel in their roles
Develop and implement strategic plans for the team to achieve sales targets, forecasting expected sales and profits for existing and new products
Provide hands-on guidance and practical advice to the team to enhance their performance and drive results
Recruit, train, and develop the relationship management team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and values
Collaborate closely with the other departments to devise effective strategies, offerings, procedures and promotions
Innovate and explore new business development strategies, translating them into profitable ventures
Facilitate communication and alignment between sales and other departments, ensuring a consistent closed loop for lead and
opportunity management
Monitor and analyze lead and pipeline data to validate quality and provide insights for continuous improvement
Any other duties that are requested and relevant to the role
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development within the FX and CFDs industry with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing a sales/bd team
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and market dynamics
Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools

Working hours are 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday
