Job Description - Business Development Manager

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading proponent of innovative and green cleaning technologies based in the UAE. Catering to diverse sectors including the aviation, marine, FMS, and industrial markets , the company is looking to hire a highly motivated and self-driven Business Development Manager to join their sales team.

The Business Development Manager will be a results-oriented professional responsible for identifying and developing new customers , achieving sales targets , and ensuring steady business growth for the company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset and advanced communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying & developing potential customers
- Formulating sales forecasts
- Achieving sales & collection targets
- Forging solid relationships to keep customers in and competitors out
- Ensuring steady business growth
- Reporting directly to the Head of Sales

Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience in institutional or industrial selling

- Degree holder in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (Marketing, Management, and related courses may also be considered)

- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset

- Results-oriented with highly developed communication skills

- Adequate project management & training skills

- Adequate literacy in MS Windows OS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Driving skills, preferably with a UAE driving license
