Job Description - Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager plays a critical role in driving growth and expanding our market

presence in Dubai, UAE. This position requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in sales

and marketing, specifically within the fleet management and towing sectors. The ideal candidate will

possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets and will be adept at identifying new business

opportunities, negotiating contracts, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders in the

automotive industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping the

future of our company by developing and implementing effective business strategies tailored to the

unique needs of the fleet and towing markets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

(preferred).

5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in

towing, transportation, fleet services, or related industries.

In-depth understanding of towing service operations and

fleet management.

âProficient in market analysis and competitive research

within the automobile industry.

âExcellent presentation and public speaking skills tailored to

diverse audiences.

âAbility to build and maintain professional relationships with

clients and industry stakeholders.

âFamiliarity with digital marketing tools and techniques

relevant to the automotive sector.

âStrong negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable

contracts.

âExperience with CRM systems and sales tracking software

specific to fleet and towing services.

âProject management skills to oversee multiple initiatives

and ensure timely execution.
