About the Role

Bussola Consultancy is recruiting experienced Cabin Crew for private jet operations on behalf of our aviation clients. This role offers a premium, personalized service environment, working with high-net-worth individuals and VIP clientele across international routes.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver bespoke, five-star inflight service tailored to VIP passengers and their specific preferences

Prepare and manage cabin readiness, catering, and provisioning ahead of each flight

Ensure full compliance with safety procedures, emergency protocols, and aviation regulations

Maintain the highest standards of grooming, discretion, and professionalism at all times

Manage passenger requests with flexibility and anticipation, often in fast-changing schedules

Coordinate closely with pilots and ground teams on flight logistics and passenger needs

Handle inflight service including fine dining, beverage service, and cabin presentation

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years' cabin crew experience, ideally with private aviation or premium commercial airline background (First/Business Class)

Valid cabin crew license/certification (type rating training provided if required)

Fluent English; additional languages (Arabic, French, Russian, Mandarin) highly advantageous

Immaculate grooming standards and presentation

Flexibility for short-notice schedules, extended trips, and irregular hours

Silver service/fine dining experience preferred

Valid passport with no travel restrictions; willingness to relocate to Dubai if not already based here

Excellent discretion, adaptability, and interpersonal skills — comfortable working in close, high-touch environments with VIP clients
