We answer business problems with world-class creative that drives business results. We do that for our partners Amazon, Spotify, Snapchat and more.

We’re currently recruiting for 3 spots at camp, our internship program, with a focus on social & content creation.

At camp, you'll gain hands-on experience with world-class brands, work alongside our creative teams, and sharpen skills that you’ll carry throughout your career. Our internships are real jobs that may or may not end in three months 🤞

• Whether it’s writing punchy copy or brainstorming wild ideas, you’re here to make waves.
• You’ve got creativity in your DNA and can whip up scroll-stopping content.
• You’re ready to dive in immediately and make an impact.
• Dubai is your home, and you’ve got a student, parent, or spousal visa. You’re able to commit to 40 hours a week in our Dubai office.
• You see this internship as more than just a stepping stone—you're here to turn it into something permanent.

• You’ll dive headfirst into our creative process, helping shape and execute ideas, content & campaigns.
• You’ll contribute to brainstorms, gathering trends, insights and creative inspiration.
• You’ll write copy for campaigns & social content, inspired by internet speak.
• You’ll assist our admin teams with all things social operations.
• You’ll take care of community engagement, the tactical. way.
