1. Daily Operations
· Execute routine duties as per departmental SOPs.
· Monitor area cleanliness, guest service, and
queue flow.
· Report incidents and escalate issues when
necessary.
2. Team Support & Coordination
· Work collaboratively with peers and supervisors.
· Support new staff orientation and daily task
assignments.
· Provide shift handover details accurately.
3. Customer Service
· Assist guests with directions, services, or
concerns.
· Maintain a friendly and welcoming attitude.
· Handle complaints with professionalism and
escalate as needed.
4. Health, Safety, and Hygiene
· Follow all safety and hygiene standards.
· Ensure guest zones are safe and hazard -free.
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent. Additional
relevant training is a plus.
Skills:
· Strong customer service and communication
abilities.
· Teamwork and time management.
· 1–3 years of relevant experience in hospitality,
operations, or customer service.
