The individual must possess deep expertise across Retail Banking Operations, with proven experience in building and delivering digital products spanning customer onboarding, servicing, lending, payments, cards, compliance, and other retail banking workflow processes. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, BPM platforms, APIs, and cloud-native technologies.
