Build and maintain structured profiles for operators, including expertise, functional strengths, startup fit, availability, business priorities, and ideal connections
Develop a strong understanding of resident needs and identify where Daos Hub can create additional value
- Proactively identify and facilitate relevant introductions between founders, operators, recruiters, talent partners, ecosystem partners, and potential collaborators
- Track high-value connections and, where possible, monitor whether they lead to useful follow-ups, opportunities, or outcomes
- Act as a relationship owner for the resident community from a value creation perspective
- Design and execute curated community formats such as workshops, mentor sessions etc
- Co-create new formats based on real resident pain points and business needs
- Build and maintain relationships with external ecosystem players including founders, operators, talent partners, recruiters, mentors, and strategic partners
- Collaborate closely with BD / Sales, Admissions / Validation, Events, and leadership
- Help surface strategic opportunities for residents through ecosystem access, introductions, and curated visibility
What You Bring
3+ years in recruiting, EdTech, talent community, staffing, marketplace, mentor / expert network, operator network, or ecosystem roles
- Strong understanding of fractional specialists, operators, consultants, or expert talent and how startups engage them
- Experience working directly with founders, operators, talent partners, mentors, experts, or ecosystem partners
- Proven experience in matchmaking, talent matching, introductions
- Experience creating value through relevant talent matches, expert connections, referrals, curated introductions, or support opportunities
- Ability to build a resident / member profile: expertise, functional strengths, ideal startup fit, work style, availability, business priorities, and ideal connections
- Experience designing or running high-value talent-facing or operator-facing formats will be a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
- High ownership and comfort in a fast-moving, low-structure startup environment
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Existing startup / operator / talent ecosystem network in Dubai is a strong plus
- Experience in Web3 / AI ecosystems is a plus
- Experience facilitating talent introductions, founder-operator matching, or expert / mentor matching is a strong plus
