Compensation

• A fixed monthly salary of AED 6,400 offered as part of this exciting career opportunity.
  

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record of 1-2
  years in a similar leadership position at a Luxury hotel, delivering
  sensational Guest Experiences synonymous with FIVE's award-winning Service
  Quality.
  
• A
  Welcoming and Enthusiastic Energy that sets the tone for a Sensational Guest
  Experience.
  
• An elevated and energetic
  Conversationalist, engaging Guests with lively discussions.
  
• Next-Level Organisational and
  Leadership skills, effectively leading and inspiring the FIVE Tribe to New

• Impeccable
  communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English
  (Additional languages are a Plus).

• Flexibility to work a variety
  of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on the requirements of the

Key
Responsibilities

• Maintains a Sensational Service
  Standard that embraces time as the 'new' luxury, ensuring the delivery of
  'FIVE-Styled' service in a timely manner, exceeding the highest expectations -
  all while exuding the ‘Vibe at FIVE.’
  
• Utilises Boundary-Breaking
  interpersonal and Communication Skills to confidently lead, influence, and
  encourage others.
  
• Leads by example by advocating
  sound financial and business decision-making and demonstrating unwavering Honesty
  and Integrity.
  
• Serves as a key point of
  contact for Guests and efficiently responds to Guest enquiries.
  
• Provides First-in-Class advice
  and booking services for a wide variety of Guest inquiries, including city
  tours, theatre tickets, restaurants, doctors, flight bookings, amongst others.
  
• Expertly stays up to date with
  all Hotel Services as well as daily VIP Requests and Special Events.
  
• Ensures Orderliness and Safety
  Guidelines around the lobby and front door areas
  
• Projects a professional manner
  with an emphasis on Hospitality and Guest service
  
• Maintains a clean, healthy,
  and safe working area.
  
• Acts in accordance with FIVE’s
  Policies and Procedures when working with Front-of-House equipment and property
  management systems, showcasing an Exceptional Commitment to Industry-Leading
  standards.
  
• Demonstrates an excellent
  knowledge of FIVE’s offerings, standards, and compliances.
  
• Maximises room occupancy and uses
  Upselling Techniques to promote FIVE’s services and facilities.
  
• Complies with hotel security,
  fire regulations, and all health and safety legislations, demonstrating a ‘FIVE-Star’
  Understanding of Health and Safety Regulations.
  
• Assists other Departments, as
  necessary, showcasing a desire to Exceed Guest Expectations.
