Construction Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction activities for our high-rise building, Riverton, and villa projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, within budget, on schedule, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise overall construction activities from project commencement to completion.
  




• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
  




• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery.
  




• Review project drawings, specifications, and construction plans.
  




• Ensure compliance with UAE construction standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
  




• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients for effective project delivery.
  




• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and resources at site.
  




• Identify and resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues.
  




• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
  




• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, method statements, and project schedules.
  




• Manage subcontractor performance and maintain project documentation.
  




• Support cost control and minimize delays, wastage, and variations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  




• Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction management.
  




• Proven experience in high-rise building, villa, and residential projects.
  




• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations.
  




• Experience working with main contracting companies in Dubai is preferred.
  




• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  




• Ability to manage multiple teams and handle site challenges effectively.
