Black Pearl Consult is hiring for an experienced Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist (OBGYN) in Dubai, UAE.

This opportunity is suited to an accomplished Consultant with strong clinical expertise, professional leadership skills, and a commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred care, medical education, research, and the advancement of clinical practice.

Candidates with Tier 1 training or qualifications and a strong academic background are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based obstetric and gynecological care in accordance with established clinical standards and protocols.
  
  


• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to promote patient safety, positive clinical outcomes, and an excellent patient experience.
  
  


• Contribute to clinical governance, service improvement, and the implementation of evidence-based guidelines and care pathways.
  
  


• Support postgraduate medical education through clinical teaching, bedside supervision, resident assessment, and mentoring.
  
  


• Contribute to curriculum development, educational strategy, and the development of future specialists.
  
  


• Participate in research, scholarly activities, publications, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
  
  


• Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, leadership, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  
  


• Support the advancement of departmental services and the wider academic healthcare environment.
  
  

Requirements

• Recognized postgraduate qualifications in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
  
  


• Appropriate Consultant-level clinical experience in obstetrics and gynaecology.
  
  


• A strong record of clinical practice, patient safety, and evidence-based decision-making.
  
  


• Experience in postgraduate medical education, resident supervision, teaching, or mentoring.
  
  


• Involvement in research, publications, clinical audit, quality improvement, or guideline development.
  
  


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
  
  


• A commitment to clinical governance, professional development, and service excellence.
  
  


• Eligibility for the relevant UAE healthcare professional licensing requirements.
  
  

Preferred: Candidates with Tier 1 qualifications or training, a strong academic profile, and demonstrated experience in medical education and research.
