Contract and Claims Lead (Arabic Speaking)

Key responsibilities will include:

• Managing contracts throughout the contract lifecycle and ensuring contractual obligations are properly administered.
  


• Reviewing and managing claims, variations, change orders and contractual entitlements.
  


• Assessing EOT, delay, disruption and other commercial/contractual claims.
  


• Managing contractual notices, correspondence, supporting documentation and contract records.
  


• Identifying contractual and commercial risks and recommending appropriate mitigation measures.
  


• Supporting the administration of EPC, project, supply and operational contracts.
  


• Reviewing contract performance and addressing issues with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
  


• Supporting commercial negotiations, claims resolution and dispute avoidance.
  


• Working closely with Projects, Procurement/Supply Chain, Finance, Legal and other internal stakeholders.
  


• Providing technical guidance to the contracts team and supporting the Contracts Manager in maintaining appropriate controls across a high-volume contract portfolio.
