Description
The Counter Sales Advisor Cum Coordinator will be responsible for generating indoor sales, building lasting customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales, inventory, and logistics. The role requires proactive problem‑solving, strong communication, and solid Excel skills to monitor performance and produce actionable reports.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, address inquiries and close sales.
Provide accurate product information, quotations and recommend suitable building material solutions.
Process sales orders, generate invoices and coordinate timely deliveries with logistics.
Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to monitor stock levels and dispatch.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales performance reports using Microsoft Excel.
Maintain and update the customer database and sales records.
Support merchandising, visual displays and promotional activities in the showroom.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
Assist in coordinating inter‑departmental activities to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of indoor/retail sales experience with strong customer handling skills.
Proven ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts).
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Ability to meet sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
Basic understanding of building materials and construction products.
High school diploma; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proactive problem‑solving attitude and team‑player mindset.
