Job Title: Snack Cook (Desi Snacks & Fast Food)

Job Summary

We are urgently hiring a skilled Snack Cook for a restaurant in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing a variety of Desi snacks, street food items, and fast-food dishes while maintaining high standards of taste, quality, presentation, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of snacks, street food, and fast-food items according to restaurant standards.
  


• Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation.
  


• Prepare ingredients and maintain mise en place for daily operations.
  


• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
  


• Follow food safety procedures and proper storage practices.
  


• Monitor stock levels and minimize food wastage.
  


• Work efficiently during busy service hours and ensure timely order preparation.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Snack Cook, Fast Food Cook, or similar role.
  


• Strong knowledge of Desi snacks and street food preparation.
  


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  


• Good teamwork and communication skills.
  


• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  


• Immediate availability preferred.
  

Menu Expertise Required

The candidate should have experience preparing a variety of Desi street food, snacks, and fast-food items, including chaat varieties, samosas, kachori, pakora, spring rolls, pav bhaji, burgers, sandwiches, wraps, fries, and beverages such as karak tea, coffee, lassi, and fresh juices.
