DevSecOps Engineer / Platform Security Engineer

We have an urgent requirement for DevSecOps Engineer / Platform Security Engineer for one of our banking client in Abu Dhabi ,UAE

Expertise in CI/CD, GitOps, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps controls is MUST

Experience supporting large transformation programs is MUST

Experience with GitHub Copilot or equivalent approved AI development tools isMUST

Banking Domain is MUST

Role Summary

Establish secure, automated and AI-enabled delivery pipelines for APIs, integration services and platform components supporting Lean Core Banking. 

Key Responsibilities

·        Build CI/CD and GitOps pipelines;

·        Embed SAST, DAST, SCA, secret and container scanning; automate infrastructure and security policies; manage certificates, keys and secrets; generate compliance evidence;

·        Introduce AI-assisted code review, pipeline analysis, vulnerability triage and remediation while maintaining human approval and security controls.

Required Experience / Knowledge Areas

·        7-12+ years in banking or regulated financial services;

·        Experience supporting large transformation programs;

·        Expertise in CI/CD, GitOps, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps controls;

·        Experience with GitHub Copilot or equivalent approved AI development tools, modern IDEs, code quality tools and automated security platforms.
