Job Purpose

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI-enabled digital products that transform the client lifecycle across corporate banking channels.
• Drive the bank’s AI and digital transformation strategy, including adoption of agentic AI, GenAI, advanced analytics, intelligent automation, and workflow orchestration.
• Identify high-impact use cases where AI agents can reason, plan, execute multi-step tasks, and improve front-office, onboarding, credit, servicing, and operations workflows within defined governance boundaries.
• Embed responsible AI practices, human-in-the-loop controls, auditability, data privacy, model risk management, and regulatory compliance into all AI-led initiatives.
• Coach, train, and support business users to adopt AI-enabled ways of working and ensure measurable business value from digital transformation initiatives.
• Develop product launch, stakeholder engagement, communication, and change management plans to support the AI and digital agenda.

Key Result Areas 

• Define and execute the AI transformation roadmap for corporate banking, with clear prioritization of use cases, value pools, business outcomes, and delivery milestones.
• Partner with relationship managers, operations, risk, compliance, technology, data, and analytics teams to redesign end-to-end workflows before automating them with AI agents.
• Improve frontline productivity through AI-assisted prospecting, lead generation, client insights, next-best-action recommendations, and personalized relationship management support.
• Lead implementation of agentic AI solutions that can orchestrate tasks across systems, retrieve enterprise knowledge, summarize information, trigger actions, and escalate exceptions to human users.
• Enhance onboarding, KYC, credit proposal, portfolio monitoring, service request, and operational processes through GenAI, intelligent document processing, analytics, and automation.
• Ensure AI initiatives are governed through clear controls covering access rights, consent, explainability, model performance, data quality, audit trails, and exception handling.
• Track adoption, productivity, cost-to-serve, cycle-time reduction, customer experience, and revenue-impact metrics to demonstrate measurable transformation value.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• 1–8 years of experience in digital transformation, AI product delivery, banking technology, advanced analytics, process automation, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking, relationship management, onboarding, KYC, credit, operations, servicing, and front-office productivity challenges.
• Practical knowledge of GenAI, agentic AI, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow orchestration, prompt engineering, machine learning, automation, APIs, and data platforms.
• Ability to translate business problems into AI use cases, product requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, success metrics, and implementation roadmaps.
• Experience working with technology, data science, risk, compliance, legal, information security, operations, and business teams to deliver governed AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI, model governance, explainability, data privacy, access controls, regulatory expectations, and human-in-the-loop operating models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change, influence stakeholders, train users, and drive adoption across frontline and operations teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, product ownership, agile delivery, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
