Job Description - Document Controller - Sales Department

The Document Controller will manage all
sales -related documents, ensuring legal compliance, accuracy, and version
control. This role supports smooth contract flow across departments.


Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate filing and tracking of
    reservation forms, SPAs, and other contracts.

  • Coordinate with legal for SPA issuance
    and signature timelines.

  • Support sales team with document
    preparation and template updates.

  • Ensure proper archiving and
    confidentiality of sensitive client data.

  • Provide administrative support to the
    sales office as needed.



Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in document control
    or admin role.

  • Familiar with legal documentation and
    property sales processes.

  • Organized, reliable, and trustworthy with
    high attention to details.
