Welcome all guests, visitors, and patrons with courtesy, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
Open and close doors for guests entering and leaving the hotel.
Assist guests with luggage and coordinate with Bell Attendants when required.

Assist guests with transportation arrangements, including taxis and private vehicles.

Assist in managing traffic flow at the hotel entrance.
Support VIP arrivals and departures in coordination with hotel departments.
Ensure adherence to hotel safety, security, and service standards.
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
Report any suspicious activity, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in a luxury hotel, hospitality, customer service, or guest relations role is preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Professional appearance and grooming standards.
Ability to remain courteous and calm under pressure.
Good knowledge of hospitality etiquette and guest service standards.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical duties when required.
Basic knowledge of local attractions, transportation options, and surrounding areas is an advantage.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
