| Fluent in English (Read / Write / Speak). Perform duties as ADNOC Approved Job Performer at site. |
| Receive, check and implement Permit to Work (PTW), Understand the scope, hazards, and controls mentioned in the permit before starting work. |
| Conduct daily Toolbox Talk (TBT) and ensure all crew understand job hazards and controls. |
| Implement safe isolation and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, verify zero energy states, and establish required electrical safety and arc flash boundaries |
| Oversee technicians performing low voltage/medium/high voltage installations, panel maintenance, cable terminations, or equipment repairs |
| Supervise E&I work activities and ensure work is done as per Method Statement. Ensure all safety requirements are in place |
| Coordinate with Performing Authority, HSE and other disciplines during SIMOPS. |
| Report on all near misses, incidents, and unsafe conditions. |
| Ensure housekeeping, safety compliance and closure of permit after job completion |
| Maintain daily work records, TBT sheets, and handover of PTW. |
| Return the permit to control room and close PTW after job completion and site clearance |
