Job Description - Electrical Engineer UAE

Create and design technical building Electrical materials for submissions,

encompassing concept, schematic, detail design stages, as well as

authority submissions and approvals.

Foster collaboration with multiple disciplines (Architectural, Structural,

MEP, etc.) both internally and externally to incorporate diverse ideas and

inputs from the initial concept stage.

Based in UAE

Comply with authority design regulations/guidelines and secure

necessary approvals, engaging in dialogs and meetings with authorities

as required.

Utilize Revit (BIM) in coordination with the Technical and Technology

Teams to produce high -quality drawings and develop data -rich BIM

models for project use.

Employ a working knowledge of Estidama, Green Building, and LEED

criteria, applying experience to projects involving sustainability aspects.

Â·Conduct site visits and inspections when necessary to resolve issues and

ensure design queries are addressed effectively.

Lead and mentor other Electrical Team members, ensuring timely

submission of deliverables to the highest standards.

Requirements

Willingness to travel to various project sites for inspections and surveys.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify cost -effective design

measures without compromising quality.

Monitor project evaluations, blueprints, and modifications for maximum

accuracy and compliance with contract requirements.

Implement methods or systems for project performance visibility and

effective planning.

Facilitate meetings with clients and other stakeholders as per project

requirements.

.Engage in frequent collaboration with various disciplines, including

in -house teams, contractors, suppliers, sub -consultants, and clients.

Assist project managers in planning resources and adhering to

project deadlines.

.Ensure work progress aligns with contract schedule and resolve

pending tasks or approvals promptly.

-Review design proposals and arrange modifications or revisions as

necessary.

.Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions while

ensuring team awareness.

-Mentor and train technical staff to uphold best practices within the

teams.
