ELV Draughtsman

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings, layouts, and schematics for ELV systems, including but not limited to CCTV, Access Control, Structured Cabling, Public Address Systems, and Fire Alarm systems.
  
• Develop shop drawings, as -built drawings, and coordination layouts based on project requirements.
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D), Revit (preferred), and other design software.
  
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems, standards, and installation methodologies.
  
• Familiarity with international standards like NFPA, BICSI, and TIA/EIA is an advantage.
  
• Maintain and update drawing documentation as per project revisions.
  
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
  
• Verify that designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and client requirements.
  
• Assist in resolving technical issues related to designs during project implementation.
  
• Support tender and proposal teams with design inputs, including BOQs, material schedules, and conceptual layouts.
  
• Conduct site visits to ensure accuracy in as -built drawings.
  
• Review and validate drawings for quality assurance before submission
  
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an ELV Draughtsman in the construction, engineering, or related industry.
  
• Proven experience with ELV systems and their integration
  

• Certification in AutoCAD or related drafting software.
  
• Experience with BIM modeling.
  
• Knowledge of project management tools or software
