Hiring: Estimation Engineer – Water Treatment
Location: Sharjah, UAE

Working Hours: 8:30 AM–5:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced Estimation Engineer with strong expertise in BOQ preparation, material take-offs, and mechanical drawing interpretation for water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Review mechanical equipment drawings and layouts for water treatment systems

  
  


• 
  

  Interpret drawings for pumps, flanges, filtration units, piping, valves, and related equipment

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and cost estimations

  
  


• 
  

  Support technical and commercial proposal preparation

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain supplier quotations, cost databases, and estimation templates

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure accurate and timely completion of estimation work

  
  

 Requirements

• 
  

  1+ year of experience as an Estimation Engineer

  
  


• 
  

  Mandatory experience in BOQ preparation and material take-offs

  
  


• 
  

  Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in the water treatment industry is required

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledge of mechanical equipment such as pumps, flanges, piping, and valves

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to prepare BOQs and estimates directly from mechanical drawings

  
  


• 
  

  Strong Microsoft Excel skills

  
  


• 
  

  Good communication and coordination skills

  
  


• 
  

  AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

  
  


• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred

  
  


• 
  

  Must currently be located in the UAE

  
  


• 
  

  Must hold a valid spouse visa or own visa
