Facilities Technician

Description
• To carry out mechanical maintenance activities, such as Corrective Maintenance, Planned Preventive Maintenance, and Emergency Maintenance, ensure quality of works and good workmanship and comply with Health, Safety and Environment Standards


Responsibilities
Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain and update records of all equipments, tools, materials, and spare parts.

• Perform and complete the assigned mechanical maintenance service request and tasks, within the agreed time.

• Ensure that planned mechanical preventive maintenance schedule, is complied with.

• Prepare and submit maintenance service report on completion of tasks.

• Perform good workmanship, use approved quality materials, and comply with health and safety standards.

• Perform duties with initiative, team work, coordination, and continuously enhance skills and ability.

• Ensure mechanical installation and equipments are all in good working condition at all times.

• Promote and deliver good customer service and ensure tenants satisfaction.

• Adhere to company policy and procedures at all times


Qualifications
Education/Certification and Continued Education

• School grade pass out with Practical experience in mechanical field

Years of Experience

• 4 – 5 years local experience in a similar role

Knowledge and Skills

• Attention to details and concern for quality & safety
