Previous experience as a Factory Supervisor in manufacturing or food production.
Strong knowledge of production planning and factory operations.
Ability to manage workers and production schedules effectively.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of workplace safety and quality standards.
Ability to prepare production reports and monitor performance.
