Job Description - Foreman - HVAC

Careers International is hiring for a reputed Civil & MEP Contracting Company in the UAE for its ongoing building and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise chargehands and technicians in installation of FCUs, AHUs, chilled water piping, ducting and insulation works

• Allocate daily work and manpower as instructed by the site engineer/supervisor

• Read and follow approved shop drawings and specifications

• Ensure correct installation, workmanship quality and readiness for inspection

• Track material usage and raise requirements in advance

• Report daily progress and site issues to the site engineer

• Ensure team follows safety rules, PPE and HSE procedures

Requirements

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Refrigeration & AC (preferred)

• 5+ years of experience in hvac works in building construction, including experience as Foreman; GCC experience preferred

• Ability to read and understand drawings

• Good team handling skills

• Valid passport (minimum 2 years validity)

• Basic English or Hindi communication

• Ready to join immediately
