Foreman - UAE

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Foreman with hands-on experience in the construction industry and overpumping works. The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities and ensuring mechanical equipment and operations are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate mechanical activities at project sites.
  
• Lead technicians and site workers during daily operations.
  
• Oversee overpumping works and ensure smooth site execution.
  
• Handle and supervise work involving pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
  
• Monitor installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment.
  
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams.
  
• Ensure work is completed according to project requirements and safety standards.
  
• Identify and resolve mechanical and site-related issues.
  
• Maintain proper use and care of tools and equipment.
  

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a similar Mechanical Foreman role.
  
• Experience in the construction industry.
  
• Hands-on experience in overpumping works.
  
• Good knowledge of pumps, motors, valves, cylinders, and hoses.
  
• Strong team supervision and coordination skills.
  
• UAE driving license will be an advantage.
  
• Immediate joiners preferred.
  

Salary

AED 4,000 – 4,500 per month
