Job summary

To manage and develop the company’s franchise business, ensure franchise partners operate in line with company standards, achieve sales targets, maintain brand consistency, and identify opportunities for franchise expansion.

  Manage relationships with existing franchise partners and act as the main point of contact between franchisees and the company.

  Develop and implement franchise sales and growth plans in line with company objectives.

  Monitor franchise sales performance, targets, KPIs, and profitability.
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure franchise stores comply with company policies, brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational procedures.
  
  


• 
  
  Conduct regular visits and performance reviews for franchise locations.
  
  


• 
  
  Identify and evaluate potential new franchise partners and expansion opportunities.
  
  


• 
  
  Support the opening of new franchise stores, including location assessment, setup, training, and launch coordination.
  
  


• 
  
  Coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to support franchise requirements.
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure franchise partners receive appropriate product, sales, operational, and brand training.
  
  


• 
  
  Monitor stock availability, product assortment, and sales performance across franchise locations.
  
  


• 
  
  Review market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
  
  


• 
  
  Support the preparation and follow-up of franchise agreements in coordination with management and the legal team.
  
  


• 
  
  Prepare regular franchise performance reports and recommend corrective actions when required.
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure timely collection of payments and follow up on franchise financial obligations in coordination with Finance.
  
  

• 
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  
  


• 
  
  Minimum 5 years of experience in franchise management, retail operations, sales, or business development.
  
  


• 
  
  Experience in perfume, beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail, or FMCG is preferred.
  
  


• 
  
  Good understanding of franchise operations and retail business.
  
  


• 
  
  Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  
  


• 
  
  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and reporting tools.
  
  


• 
  
  Good command of English and Arabic
