Front Desk Representative - Dubai

Purpose:

The purpose of this role is to provide Outstanding Customer Service to clients, welcoming them, checking them in and dealing with any complaint or issue, answering their questions about products and services and making sure they have a great experience. Assist with salon operation, provide reservations, and sell retail and addons.

Responsibilities:

1.  Provide Outstanding Customer Service to clients.
   




2. Check in clients and welcome them.
   




3. Sell Retail and Addons
   




4. Provide reservations
   




5. Process POS transactions
   




6. Assist with salon operations such as resolving client complaints, stock management and other day to day salon activities.
   

Requirements

1. Strong English Speaking and writing skills
   




2. Customer service experience
   




3. Sales experience
   




4. Sales driven
   




5. Ability to deal with client complaints
   




6. Confident
   




7.  Fast learner, ability to understand and memorise lots of information within a timely manner
   




8. Ability to work under pressure or occasional stressful circumstances
