Job Title: Front of House

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing a warm and welcoming experience at the studio.


• Manage the appointment bookings through various channels, ensuring efficient scheduling and client management.


• Ensure the front desk area is well-presented and organized, maintaining a clean and professional environment.


• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information about services and treatments.


• Assist in coordinating daily operations and supporting the team in providing top-notch service to clients.


• Process payments and manage transactions accurately, ensuring a seamless checkout experience.


• Maintain extensive knowledge of the services offered at BRAU to provide clients with tailored recommendations.


• Contribute to a positive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to enhance customer satisfaction.


• Support marketing efforts by promoting special offers and new treatments to clients.
