Overview

A financial/FX broker led by a management team with 20+ years' experience is hiring a German-speaking FX Sales Trainee in Dubai. Ideal for a driven sales professional looking to build a career in FX conversion with full training.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active traders

• Build long-term client relationships to support loyalty

• Apply sales techniques to grow acquisition and trading volume

• Educate clients on platforms, products and market trends

• Support onboarding and guide clients through their trading journey

• Work with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience

• Drive revenue through active sales and conversion

Requirements

• Native German (C2)

• Proven sales experience in any industry; FX, finance or high-performance sales preferred

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Target-driven, ambitious, eager to learn

• Outbound sales / lead conversion experience is an advantage

• Interest in financial markets and trading platforms
