Geriatric Medicine Doctor

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Geriatric Medicine Doctor to provide specialized care for our elderly patients. This role requires a deep understanding of the complex health needs of older adults and a commitment to improving their quality of life through personalized and comprehensive medical care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough medical assessments and evaluations tailored to elderly patients.
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans that address chronic illnesses and age-related conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic patient care.
• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and preventive care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records as per healthcare standards.
• Stay updated with advancements in geriatric medicine and integrate best practices into patient care.

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Geriatric Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state.
• 3+ years of experience in geriatric or related medical field.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric syndromes, chronic disease management, and medications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
