Sales & Business Development
⢠Identify, target, and acquire new HORECA clients across Dubai
⢠Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
⢠Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
⢠Monitor competitorsâ activities, pricing, and market trends
⢠Present products and solutions to clients effectively and professionally
Account Management
⢠Serve as the primary point of contact for HORECA clients
⢠Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
⢠Conduct regular follow\-ups, meetings, and product presentations
⢠Track client feedback and communicate market insights to management order Management & Coordination
⢠Coordinate with operations, logistics, and inventory teams for timely delivery
⢠Ensure accurate order processing, documentation, and invoicing
⢠Monitor order fulfillment and resolve any discrepancies or delays
Reporting & Forecasting
⢠Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
⢠Forecast sales, identify potential risks, and plan mitigation strategies
⢠Track KPIs such as sales volume, new client acquisition, and account growth
Promotions & Marketing Support
⢠Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events
⢠Conduct client demos and tasting sessions for new products
⢠Assist in creating customized proposals for key accounts

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
⢠Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and availability
⢠Assist in evaluating quotations and managing contracts for HORECA clients
⢠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements
Requirements
Education
⢠Bachelorâs Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (mandatory)
Experience
⢠3â5 years of sales experience in the HORECA segment (UAE experience preferred)
⢠Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts
⢠Knowledge of foodservice distribution, QSRs, hotels, and catering clients is a strong advantage
