Job Description - HR Manager

Minimum 3 years of UAE HR experience in logistics, food delivery, or FMCG industries.
Experience managing HR operations for 500+ blue-collar employees.
Proven expertise in managing rider and driver operations.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, workforce planning, and employee relations.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is preferred.
Proactive, energetic, and adaptable to a startup-style environment.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Salary + incentives (if applicable) + other standard benefits as per UAE labor law.
