Job Description - HR Manager

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for A well-established, privately owned contracting company with decades of experience in construction services. We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead our people strategy and support our growing workforce.The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, from recruitment to compliance, ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the construction industry handling large scale workforces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and office staff.

- Oversee performance management, employee relations, and grievance handling.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and construction regulations.

- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.

- Utilize Business Central for HR data, payroll integration, and reporting.

- Manage recruitment and employee records via Zoho Recruit and Zoho People.

- Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- HR certification (SHRM, PHR, CIPD) preferred.

- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role.

- Mandatory: Experience in Construction, Contracting, or Infrastructure industry.

- Mandatory: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Zoho (People & Recruit).

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
