HR Officer

DUBIMED is looking for a motivated and organized HR Officer to support our HR operations across the UAE, Qatar, and Oman.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in HR administration, recruitment coordination, employee records, and HR systems, with the ability to manage daily HR activities efficiently and independently.​

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  

• Maintain employee files, contracts, HR documents, and employee records.
  

• Manage attendance, leave requests, and employee data through Zoho People.
  

• Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, NOCs, and other HR documents.
  

• Track probation periods and follow up on employee performance evaluations.
  

• Coordinate visa, work permit, medical insurance, and employee offboarding requirements with the relevant teams.
  

• Maintain HR trackers, reports, and document expiry schedules.
  

• Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  

• Respond to employee inquiries and provide day-to-day HR support.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  

• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
  

• Good knowledge of UAE labour law and HR practices.
  

• Experience with HRIS platforms; Zoho People experience is an advantage.
  

• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
  

• High attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  

• Experience supporting employees across multiple locations is an advantage.
