HVAC Supervisor

• 5 to 10+ years of HVAC supervision experience.
• Proven experience in chilled water systems and DX unit installation.
• Experience with ducting, chilled water piping, and copper piping.
• Excellent English communication and reporting skills.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with other MEP systems and civil works for coordination.
• Knowledge of HVAC maintenance SOPs and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, drawings, and project coordination.
• Ability to maintain high-quality standards and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations for HVAC systems.
• Diploma or certification in HVAC or Mechanical Engineering required.
