We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a luxury fine dining restaurant in Abu Dhabi.

What will you do?
Support the daily operations of an award-winning Italian fine dining restaurant, ensuring seamless service and an exceptional guest experience
Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to consistently deliver personalized, world-class service
Maintain impeccable service standards, restaurant presentation, and operational excellence throughout every shift
Ensure the team has a thorough understanding of the menu, Italian culinary traditions, beverage offerings, and service philosophy
Work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to coordinate menu updates, seasonal offerings, and special dining experiences
Build lasting relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and creating memorable dining experiences
Oversee reservations, seating plans, and service flow to maximize both guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
Manage POS systems, prepare operational reports, and support revenue and budget tracking
Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and minimize waste while maintaining premium quality standards
Lead daily briefings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training to continuously elevate service performance
Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve concerns quickly while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality
Assist with scheduling, staffing, and team development in collaboration with HR and Food & Beverage leadership
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and luxury hospitality standards
