Job Description

We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of JP (Job Performer) in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is a reputed organization in the Industrial Inspection & Maintenance Services sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Daily Toolbox Talks (TBT) before commencement of site activities and communicate work hazards and controls clearly.
  
• Remain physically present at the assigned work location while permitted activities are being performed.
  
• Monitor worksite conditions continuously and identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, or deviations from approved work controls.
  
• Ensure all field activities remain within the scope and conditions of the applicable Permit-to-Work.
  
• Verify that required safety precautions and permit controls remain effective throughout the job.
  
• Coordinate directly with the PA for permit revalidation, extension, suspension, or close-out as required.
  
• Stop or escalate work when site conditions change or permit requirements are no longer satisfied.
  
• Maintain effective coordination between the field workforce and permit-authorizing personnel throughout the work activity.
  

Required Skills

1. Permit-to-Work Compliance — Ability to understand and enforce permit conditions throughout site execution.
   
2. Toolbox Talk Delivery — Capability to conduct clear daily safety briefings covering hazards, precautions, and job controls.
   
3. Field Safety Monitoring — Strong awareness of changing site conditions and the ability to identify unsafe situations.
   
4. Permit Revalidation & Close-out Coordination — Ability to coordinate correctly with the PA when permits require revalidation or closure.
   
5. Site Supervision — Ability to maintain continuous frontline oversight of personnel and work activities.
   

Preferred Skills

• Experience in inspection, maintenance, industrial, or similar field-service environments.
  
• Familiarity with structured Permit-to-Work and worksite control processes.
  
• Experience coordinating between site teams and permit-authorizing personnel.
  

Work Experience Requirements

The requirement specifies 5 years of experience. Candidates should preferably have practical field experience in industrial maintenance, inspection, construction, shutdown, or comparable site-based environments where Permit-to-Work controls and active safety supervision are required.
