Junior Account Manager (Recent Graduates Only)

We are currently seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our Dubai office at TransPerfect. 

Role Description 

As a Junior Account Manager, you will be focusing on generating new business & serving as the first level of support to existing clients/accounts targeting the Travel industry. You will be a strong communicator, reliable, organized, proactive and keen to kick-start your sales career. You will be ready to take responsibility and ownership of your clients and have a passion for driving new business opportunities and sales. 

What you will learn: 

• Establish and maintain excellent relationships with clients, sales staff and production colleagues worldwide. 

• Monitor and communicate project progress, ensure strict adherence to deadlines and budgets and ultimately produce high quality deliverables

• Take a proactive role in learning about clients’ industry, business needs and company culture, educating the project team, identifying new business opportunities and providing a high level of service. 

• Learn consultative sales techniques by uncovering enterprise client pain points and mapping them to AI, automation, and technology solutions. 

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across client Marketing, IT, and Digital teams while collaborating internally with Solutions Engineers and Delivery staff. 

• Develop enterprise proposals and scopes of work, negotiating budgets, schedules, and contract terms. 

• Gain deep travel and hospitality domain expertise, focusing on how AI optimizes localized booking flows, loyalty programs, and guest experiences. 

• Drive account growth by partnering with senior leadership to execute upsell and cross-sell strategies across TransPerfect’s AI and software stack. 

• Manage account financials and cash flow by handling billing setups, client invoicing, and accounts receivable collections. 

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 

• Great interpersonal skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude. 

• Effective time management and multi-tasking skills. 

• High coachability with a strong drive to learn and grow in the AI, tech, and global content space.

• Client Servicing experience is a bonus but not required 

• Arabic speaker preferred
