Junior Electrical Engineer Electrical / EV Charging Infrastructure

• Strong knowledge of UAE electrical authority requirements and
  approval procedures is mandatory.
  
• Must have a strong working knowledge of TAQA/ADDC requirements,
  including electrical infrastructure, submissions, inspections,
  approvals, and energization requirements.
  
• Familiarity with other UAE authorities such as DEWA, SEWA, and
  FEWA is an advantage.
  
• Ability to review and follow authority regulations, approved
  drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
  
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, authorities,
  subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  
• Good knowledge of LV electrical systems, cables, DBs, panels,
  earthing, cable containment, trenches, and ducts.
  
• Able to read and understand Electrical SLDs, shop drawings, IFC
  drawings, and load schedules.
  
• Knowledge and experience in EV chargers and EV charging
  infrastructure is preferred, but not mandatory.
  
• Basic understanding of EV charger installation, power supply,
  cable routing, termination, testing, and commissioning is an advantage.
  
• Assist in site inspections, material inspections, testing &
  commissioning, authority inspections, and handover activities.
  
• Assist with preparation of material submittals, inspection
  requests, method statements, and as-built documentation.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering,
  Telecommunication Engineering, or a related engineering field.
  
• 2–4 years of practical experience in electrical
  installation and infrastructure works
  
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
  
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  
• Willing to travel between project sites as required.
  
• Flexible to work day or night shifts depending on project requirements.
  
• Strong site attitude, coordination skills, problem-solving
  ability, and willingness to learn.
  
• Able to work independently while also supporting the
  senior engineering and project team.
  
• UAE construction/site experience is preferred.
  
• Immediate availability is an advantage
