Licensing Specialist

• Submitting applications for licenses, establishment card renewals and
  including necessary amendments
  
• Ensure the accuracy of renewal applications by thoroughly reviewing all
  details
  
• Monitoring and updating the CRM with utmost accuracy and attention to
  detail
  
• Identifying errors and promptly informing the relevant Renewal CROs and
  Consultants for corrective actions
  
• Tracking the status of license renewals and updating the relevant employees
  
• Collaborate effectively with finance, sales, and operations departments to
  facilitate the renewal process as needed
  
• Assist the renewals team to ensure efficient and effective process execution,
  contributing to overall team performance
  
• Performing other job -related duties as assigned by Management
  

Requirements

• Full English proficiency is required
  
• Additional spoken languages are a plus
  
• Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
  
• Knowledge of CRM platforms is advantageous
  
• Proficiency in basic accounting principles and moderate mathematical skills
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a multicultural team
