Requirements
Education/ Qualifications
⢠Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Packaging Technology, or a related discipline.
⢠Postgraduate qualification or professional certification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management is an advantage.
Experience
⢠10 â12 years of progressive experience in sales or business development, preferably within packaging, plastics, or manufacturing environments.
⢠Proven experience in key account management and managing large customer portfolios.
⢠Demonstrated success in developing new business within existing accounts and achieving profitable sales growth.
Functional Skills & Specific Knowledge
⢠Good understanding and knowledge of the manufacturing industry, plastic industry would be an advantage.
⢠Well\-networked within the UAE, GCC, and Middle East business community, with in\-depth knowledge of market dynamics, customer expectations, pricing structures, and the competitive landscape.
⢠Strong financial acumen, including pricing strategies, cost control, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
⢠Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver technical and commercial presentations.
⢠Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM systems, and sales reporting tools.
